Day 2: EARTH

Root, stillness, and communion with the sacred land.

Morning Awakening: Breath of Earth

Guided Meditation
Awaken gently with a grounding guided meditation in the garden pavilion. With Table Mountain in view, you'll root into the body, quiet the mind, and connect to the pulse of the land.

Silent Reflection
A silent walking meditation or journaling practice allows you to integrate the stillness. Let the Earth speak to you in whispers.

Conscious Breakfast

Enjoy a nourishing breakfast made from local, organic ingredients, designed to prepare you for the adventure ahead. Superfood elixirs, seasonal fruits, and warm breads accompany mindful conversation and wonderful company.

Cacao Ceremony atop Table Mountain

Today, you walk upon one of the oldest mountains in the world—estimated at over 260 million years old.

Known as “Hoerikwaggo” to the indigenous Khoisan people, meaning “Mountain of the Sea”, Table Mountain is more than a natural wonder, it is a sacred site, an ancient energy vortex, and a living altar of elemental force.

It is also one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature, drawing mystics, healers, and seekers from across the globe to connect with its rare frequency.

Led by your guide, you’ll ascend via a gentle hike to McLeod’s Beacon, the highest point on the mountain plateau, taking in breathtaking views of the city, ocean, and the vastness beyond.

On the journey, witness the extraordinary biodiversity of the Table Mountain National Park, hosts over 2,200 species of plants, many of them found nowhere else on Earth.

At the summit, you’ll enter into a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, set against the backdrop of ancient stone and infinite sky. Here, the veil between worlds feels thin. The land holds you. The cacao opens your heart.
You’ll be guided to offer a silent prayer or intention to the Earth beneath your feet—to the ancestors, to yourself.

Lunch with a View

After descending, indulge in a soulful, scenic lunch, with the best veiws in Cape Town.

Tai Chi in the Five Senses Garden

As the sun softens, gather for an elegant, flowing Tai Chi practice in the garden. This moving meditation deepens your connection to Earth and helps harmonize the energy body, bringing gentle balance to your elemental field.

Dinner: Rooted & Refined

A soulful evening meal is served in the villa’s open-air dining space. Each dish is an homage to the land, prepared with intention and paired with organic wines or healing tonics. Let the conversation flow—or enjoy quiet reflection beneath the stars.

Evening grounding tea and aromatherapy turndown service in your suite.

Allow the frequency of the Earth to hold you. Now and forever more.
