Chartered Sail Yacht Experience

Today’s adventure begins at Cape Town’s iconic harbour, the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. From here, you will embark on a chartered sail yacht journey into the Atlantic.

Step aboard your private sail yacht, where the rhythm of the sea becomes your ceremony.

As you glide beyond the marina, your captain will chart a tranquil course along the Cape Peninsula’s majestic coastline, offering panoramic views of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, and the Twelve Apostles.

Sailing further, you’ll pass by the hauntingly beautiful Robben Island, the historic prison site where Nelson Mandela spent 18 of his 27 years of incarceration. Your guide will share brief reflections on the spirit of resilience and freedom that the island carries—inviting you to reflect on your own inner liberation.

Watch the water closely: Cape fur seals, penguins, sunfish, and—if the season is right—southern right whales or bottlenose dolphins may grace your path. The Atlantic here is wild, alive, and filled with presence.

After your coastal reverie, return to the villa. The afternoon invites quiet restoration. Let the energy of the sea continue to move through you as you relax in the gardens, enjoy a gentle swim, or surrender to your scheduled 90-minute massage, focused on restoring fluidity and releasing emotional tension stored in the body.

Yin Yoga: The Art of Surrender

A deeply nourishing Yin Yoga session invites you to stretch, release, and drop into stillness. Long, supported poses work with the meridians of the water element—, supporting rejuvenation, clarity, and deep emotional cleansing.
